ՀՀ Գիտությունների ազգային ակադեմիայի նախագահության հայտարարությունը

    Հայաստանի Հանրապետության Գիտությունների ազգային ակադեմիայի նախագահությունը, պայմանավորված երկրում ամիսներ շարունակվող քաղաքական ճգնաժամի օրեցօր խորացմամբ, անհրաժեշտ է համարում հանդես գալ նոր հայտարարությամբ։

    2020 թ. նոյեմբերի 9-ի եռակողմ հայտարարության ստորագրումից հետո Հայաստանի իշխանությունները ոչ միայն լուրջ քայլեր չեն ձեռնարկել ստեղծված աշխարհաքաղաքական ծանր իրավիճակից երկիրը դուրս բերելու ուղղությամբ, այլև անհեռատես նոր քայլերով խորացրել են ընդհանուր ճգնաժամը։ Ի պատասխան  հրաժարական ներկայացնելու վերաբերյալ՝ ՀՀ Գլխավոր շտաբի պետի և բազմաթիվ բարձրաստիճան այլ զինվորականների սույն թվականի փետրվարի 25-ի պահանջի,    վարչապետը, հանդես գալով ՀՀ ԳՇ պետին աշխատանքից ազատելու մասին միջնորդությամբ, փաստորեն վտանգում է տարածաշրջանում ստեղծված փխրուն խաղաղությունը, Հայաստանի և Արցախի հանրապետությունների տարածքային ամբողջականությունն ու ինքնիշխանությունը, այն դեպքում, երբ այսօր էլ որպես հայրենաբնակ հայության անվտանգության գլխավոր երաշխավոր շարունակում է մնալ Հայոց բանակը։Խորապես գիտակցելով պահի լրջությունը՝ իշխանություններից պահանջում ենք զերծ մնալ մեր ժողովրդի ու զինվորականության վստահությունը վայելող փորձառու հրամանատարներին ասպարեզից հեռացնելու, պատերազմում կրած անհաջողությունը նրանց վրա բարդելու քայլերից։
