Graduated from the faculty of Agricultural Machinery of former Armenian Agriculture Institute (1968). PhD of Technical Sciences (1979), Associate professor (1983), Doctor of Technical Sciences (1997), Professor (2002), Corresponding member of National Academy of Sciences of RA (2006), Honored Scientist (2011), Full member of the National Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Armenia (2014)
